Ancient painting, oil on canvas (recanvassed painting), portraying a noblewoman and dating back to the early 19th century.
Work characterized by a splendid use of light and colors, as well as the mastery in the composition of the details.
The canvas is provided with a pleasant and particular black wooden frame, with golden corners and dating back to the 20th century.
On the back of the painting there is the inscription 10 August 1798 Maria Anta Saleri Barsani fecit.
The canvas is in excellent condition, the frame in good condition, with some slight cracks (see the photos, please).
The certificate of authenticity is included.
